Bullard Rotarian Honored by Rotary District 5830

Bullard Rotarian, Guy Martin, was honored at the 2012 Rotary International District 5830 Conference by Mark Cox.  Martin was recognized for his role in bringing the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) to the District 16 years ago.
